The ordering sequence

Five stages to keep things clear.

Each order is different, but the following sequence explains the information and confirmations to expect. The exact arrangements are agreed for the particular product or bespoke request.

01

Send your enquiry

Contact us with the item you are interested in, your intended use, quantity and delivery postcode. For bespoke work, include dimensions, a description of the design and any helpful drawings or photographs.

An enquiry allows us to understand your requirements. It is not itself an order confirmation.

02

Clarify the details

We review the information provided and discuss any points that need clarification. Depending on the request, these may include dimensions, design features, material or finish, quantity and practical delivery considerations.

Please check measurements carefully and identify any details that are still provisional.

03

Review the quotation

Before proceeding, review the proposed specification and quotation, including what is included, the price, any applicable delivery charges, payment arrangements and the expected timescale.

Do not assume that a price estimate, availability enquiry or preliminary discussion is a confirmed order.

04

Confirm the order

The order proceeds once the relevant product or bespoke specifications and commercial arrangements have been agreed. Any required payment or deposit arrangements should be made clear before you commit.

Keep the order confirmation and agreed details for reference.

05

Preparation and delivery

Ready-made items are prepared for dispatch where available. Bespoke items are prepared in accordance with the agreed order. The applicable preparation or production estimate and delivery arrangements should be confirmed with you.

Check the delivery details and make sure the destination and contact information are correct.

Ordering questions

Things you may want to know.

Does submitting an enquiry confirm my order?

No. An enquiry starts the discussion. The relevant product or bespoke specification, quotation, payment arrangements and delivery details must be agreed before the order is confirmed.

Can I enquire if I do not know all the measurements?

Yes. Provide the information you have, including approximate measurements if available. We can discuss what additional information is needed before the specification is finalised.

When will I know the final price?

The quotation depends on the product and agreed requirements. The applicable price and any relevant charges should be confirmed before you commit to the order.

How long does an order take?

Timing depends on the product, availability, specifications and delivery arrangements. Ask us to confirm the expected timing for your specific order before proceeding.

Can I change my order after confirmation?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect feasibility, price or timing and are subject to review and agreement. Do not assume that a requested change has been accepted until it is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel an order?
