Start with the details

A clear brief makes a better starting point.

Bespoke ironwork starts with understanding the intended use, the space available and the details that matter to you.

You do not need to have a complete technical drawing before making an enquiry. A description, approximate measurements or a reference image can help us understand your initial idea. We can then identify the information that still needs to be confirmed.

Each enquiry is considered on its own details. The proposed design, dimensions, material and finish, quantity, price and delivery arrangements must be discussed and agreed before the order is confirmed.

An enquiry is the first step in discussing your requirements. It does not itself confirm availability, a final quotation or an order.

Tell us what you have in mind

From a rough idea to an agreed specification.

Some customers have a drawing ready; others begin with a photograph or a description of the space. Share the information you already have and explain what you are trying to achieve.

01
Purpose and location Explain where the ironwork will be used and what it needs to do.
02
Dimensions and quantity Provide approximate width, height, other relevant measurements and the number of items required.
03
Appearance and finish Describe the style, pattern, colour or finish you have in mind, if known.
04
Reference material Attach a drawing or photograph if it helps illustrate the design you want to discuss.

A few useful answers

Before sending your enquiry.

Do I need a technical drawing?

No. You can begin with a written description, approximate measurements or a reference image. We will let you know if further information is needed to assess the requirements.

Can I request a particular design or size?

Include your preferred design and dimensions in the enquiry. The details will be reviewed to establish whether the request can be accommodated. The final specification must be agreed before the order proceeds.

How much will my bespoke item cost?

The price depends on the agreed requirements, including the item's dimensions, design, quantity, material and other relevant details. A quotation will be discussed once there is sufficient information to assess the request.

How long will my order take?

The expected timescale depends on the item and the agreed arrangements. We will discuss the anticipated production or preparation time and delivery estimate before you confirm the order.

Can I change the specification after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. A change may affect feasibility, price or timing and cannot be assumed to be accepted until the revised arrangements have been agreed.

Does submitting an enquiry mean I have placed an order?

No. The form allows us to understand your requirements. An order is confirmed only after the relevant specifications, quotation, payment arrangements and other applicable terms have been agreed.

Can I send a photograph or drawing?

Yes, if the form's upload field is enabled. A reference image can help explain the appearance you want, but it does not by itself establish the final dimensions, construction details or agreed specification.
