SECTION 01 / OVERVIEW

Delivery at a glance

We arrange delivery for ready-made and bespoke ironwork orders once the relevant order details have been agreed and the goods are ready for dispatch.

Standard delivery is free within our confirmed UK delivery area. Any destination restrictions or additional delivery requirements will be discussed with you before the order is finalised.

How is the delivery date determined?

The expected timeframe depends on product availability, preparation requirements, the agreed specification and the delivery arrangement. Your order confirmation or subsequent correspondence will explain the applicable timeframe.

SECTION 02 / DELIVERY AREA

Where we deliver

We arrange delivery to addresses within our confirmed UK delivery area. Please provide your complete delivery address, including the postcode, when placing your order.

Remote locations, islands, restricted-access properties and destinations outside the standard delivery area may require individual confirmation. We will explain the available arrangements and any applicable charge before you commit to the purchase.

If access is restricted or the goods require particular unloading arrangements, please tell us before the order is confirmed so that the delivery requirements can be reviewed.

SECTION 03 / READY-MADE PRODUCTS

For ready-made items

Ready-made products are prepared for dispatch after the order has been confirmed, the relevant payment arrangements have been completed and the goods are ready to leave our premises.

01

Order confirmation

The product, price, delivery address and applicable arrangements are confirmed.

02

Preparation and packaging

The goods are prepared for transport and packaged appropriately for the confirmed delivery method.

03

Dispatch and delivery

Courier collection or another agreed delivery arrangement is organised when the order is ready.

A product described as ready-made is not necessarily available for immediate dispatch. Availability and the expected timeframe should be confirmed before the order is finalised.

SECTION 04 / BESPOKE IRONWORK

For made-to-order work

Bespoke ironwork requires preparation according to the specification agreed with you. The time required can vary depending on the design, dimensions, quantity and complexity of the requested item.

01

Review your requirements

We review the requested item, dimensions, design details, quantity and other relevant information.

02

Agree the specification and quotation

The proposed specification, price and expected timeframe are discussed before the order proceeds.

03

Prepare the agreed item

Work proceeds in accordance with the confirmed order arrangements and agreed requirements.

04

Package and dispatch

Once the item is ready, packaging and delivery are arranged using the confirmed method.

Changes after confirmation

A change to the agreed design or specification may affect the price and expected completion date. Any revised arrangements should be agreed before additional work proceeds.

SECTION 05 / DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

When should you expect delivery?

We do not apply one production or delivery deadline to every ironwork order. The applicable timeframe depends on the product and the arrangements confirmed for your purchase.

For ready-made products, the estimate takes account of confirmed availability, preparation and courier transit. For bespoke products, it also takes account of the agreed specification and the time needed to prepare the item.

We will communicate the expected timeframe in the order confirmation or subsequent correspondence. Where a delivery date or period has been specifically agreed, we will follow that agreement subject to applicable law.

Statutory delivery requirements

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. Different arrangements or exceptions may apply in particular circumstances. This does not mean that every order has a 30-day production estimate.

SECTION 06 / TRACKING

Tracking and delivery updates

Where the delivery provider makes tracking information available, we will share it with you when it becomes available to us.

Courier transit times can be affected by weather, operational disruption, access restrictions and other circumstances affecting the delivery network. If you need an update, please contact us with your order reference and delivery postcode.

SECTION 07 / RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

When your order arrives

Please inspect the packaging and goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If practical, check the following:

  • Check the number of packages against the delivery information.
  • Look for visible damage to the outer packaging.
  • Check the goods against your order confirmation and agreed specification.
  • Take photographs of any visible damage or missing items.
  • Keep relevant packaging and delivery documents while an issue is being reviewed.

If an item arrives damaged, appears incomplete or does not match the agreed order, contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where available.

Prompt reporting helps us investigate the issue. It does not remove or limit any statutory rights you may have.

SECTION 08 / DELIVERY ISSUES

Delays or unsuccessful delivery

If a delivery is missed, the provider may follow its own notification, collection or redelivery procedure. Available options depend on the provider and the circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within the agreed timeframe, contact us so that we can review the order and available delivery information and explain the next steps.

Where we have arranged delivery, we will assist in resolving delivery issues in accordance with the order terms and applicable law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 09 / ADDRESS CHANGES

Changing delivery details

Please contact us as soon as possible if your delivery address or contact details need to be corrected.

We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made after preparation or dispatch has begun, or once the goods are with the delivery provider. A requested change is not confirmed until we have agreed it with you.

For bespoke orders, changes to product specifications may also affect preparation time and the agreed delivery estimate.

SECTION 10 / CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery arrangements are separate from the cancellation, return and refund terms applicable to your order.

Certain bespoke or clearly personalised goods may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove applicable rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Please read the relevant policy before placing your order.

SECTION 11 / NEED ASSISTANCE?

Let’s clarify your delivery.

For a delivery update, a question about a bespoke order or help with an existing purchase, contact us with your order reference if available.
